Amy has had a really good day today. We seem to have finally overcome the nausea that’s been plaguing her since the surgery. Still on a liquid diet, but keeping everything down. She slept well last night and hopefully we’ll have another good night tonight.

They have removed the big IV contraption from her neck, and the IV’s from her hands. Only two bags hanging from the IV pole, down from over a dozen or so on Sunday.

Tomorrow’s goals are to eat some real food and to get out of ICU. They’ve been taking great care of her here, but a change of scenery would be good.

Thanks everyone,
